Trespa wall and ceiling system

Mobius CE and CRDB are proud to unveil the all new Trespa wall and ceiling system for Operating Theatres.

 

Site conditions being favourable, the system can mean a complete modular OT’s wall system, being built in a day!!

It is that easy and fast to install and erect.

The system includes the wall, ceiling and air conditioning system

and is finished with a non-porous surface with no horizontal seams and a modern, aesthetic design.

Pharma+ MW – Modular panels

This modular system is invented for cleanroomwalls-ceilings. It’s a flexible constructionsystem permitting modular changes afterwards. The panels are perfectly airtights, have a good insulationvalue and offer a complete flush finishing in combination with the doorframes, windows and floortrack. As the panels are made of steel and as there’s an aluminiumframe all around the mineral stonewool core,

the panels do not emit particules and so these panels are extremely suited for cleanrooms that need the highest level of finishing.

Pharma PLUS – Pur panels

Modular panels, on both sides galvanized lacquered steel sheets with PU core.

This modular system is invented for clean room walls and/or ceilings. It’s a flexible construction system permitting modular changes afterwards.   The panels are perfectly airtight, have a good insulation value and offer a complete flush finishing in combination with the doorframes, windows and floor track.  As the panels are made of steel and as there’s an aluminum frame all around the PU core, the panels do not emit particles and so these panels are extremely suited for cleanrooms that need the highest level of finishing.

Flush window assemblies – standard profile 40-80 mm

The powder coated profiles are manufactured from an extruded aluminum section.

These profiles are cut to length using a computerized saw for a perfect mitred corner joint.

Hygroscopic crystals are placed in the cavity of the bottom profile, before the profiles are wedged and glued together on a calibrated surface, forming a frame with perfect angles and thus preventing internal condensation.

Flush window assemblies – profile with adapted thickness

The frame comprises 2 outer aluminum profiles and a middle section with an adaptable width, this being dependant on the wall thickness in which the window assembly is to be installed. All profiles are coated and then cut to length using a computerized saw for a perfect mitred corner joint. Hygroscopic crystals are placed in the cavity of the bottom profile, before  the profiles are wedged and glued together on a calibrated surface, forming a frame with perfect angles and thus preventing internal condensation.

Clips window assemblies – standard profile 36-100 mm

The powder coated profile is manufactured from extruded aluminum. This profile has on one side an additional 12 mm lip which, when assembled, forms on one side the external frame and thus simplifies the installation in

the partitioning.

All profiles are coated and then cut to length using a computerized saw for a perfect mitred corner joint. Hygroscopic crystals are placed

in the cavity of the bottom profile, before

the profiles are wedged and glued together

on a calibrated surface, forming a frame with perfect angles and thus preventing internal condensation.

Depending on the frame profile used, a BREAK OUT PANEL can

be produced for different wall thicknes.

Monobloc Pass Box – ER Reinforced Airtightness

Flush Door thickness 60 mm with door handle – Pass box in stainless steel or epoxy steel sheet. Assembling with airtight welding. Closing system by electromagnet (300 DaN – 300 kgs).

Stainless steel interior surfaces

Airtighness with static sealant range EPDM on 4 sides. Reinforced stainless steel Hinges with bearing.

Rock wool core M0 (density 100 kg/m³).

Monobloc Pass Box – JG with Inflatable Seal Door

Flush door thickness 60 mm with pull bar – Pass box in stainless steel or steel sheet lacquered. Assembling with airtight welding. Closing system by electromagnet (300 daN – 300 kgs). Stainless steel interior surfaces

Airtightness with inflatable seal range EPDM on 4 sides.

Reinforced stainless steel hinges with bearing.

Rock wool core M0 (density 100 kg/m³).

Flexible connection between the door frame and leaf enabling inflation of the joint.

Monobloc Pass Trolley – SB Clean room Trolley Hatches

Pass trolley equipped with flush glazing doors cut down significantly on traffic and contamination by providing a better, safer way to transfer equipment. With no protruding or recessed areas that promote bacterial growth.

The hygienic trolley hatch come complete with mechanical interlock or electronical interlock system to help you in the reduction of cross contamination and pressure loss whilst passing product between your clean and dirty areas.

Ensures that one door of pass trolley always remains closed, thereby eliminating the risk of cleanroom contamination.

Monobloc Pass Trolley – Range JG - Decontamination Airlock

Disinfection pass trolley - Bio-decontamination chamber

Our concept is using a device with high level air-tight that propels the liquid of decontamination as a fog, thus ensuring uniform and rapid action on all the surfaces of the premises to be treated.

The fumigation is an integrated through the wall transfer device for material transfers between different classifications (bio-confinement, ISO classes).

Automatic decontamination with operating screen.

The decontamination cycle is totally automatic with digital signal exchanges between airlock / disinfection system.

Full monitoring of alarms conditions, status functions.

Disinfection operation selected by way of a password protected setup screen on the user screen.

Cycle control and alarm management of pre-defined cycle selectable from stored cycles.

The user interface for starting cycles will be via soft touch buttons on the HMI.

Management: an automaton with touch-sensitive screen allows a use very friendly and offer of multiple functions intended for the use.
